13-09-2008 We will perform at the 10 year anniversary of 'Metal Matinee' in 013, Tilburg, NL, on 16 November.
09-09-2008 We can announce that we have signed a new recording contract: Displeased Records (NL) will release Cirith Gorgor's next two albums. We have always been very contented with Ketzer Records, but after being with the same record company for about six years (during which two 7"EPs and two full-length albums were released), we simply decided that it was time for a change. We are currently composing new material. The next album will probably be recorded somewhere halfway 2009, at the earliest.

30-06-2008 Here are two live clips. 'Sons of the New Dawn' was recorded at De Azijnfabriek (NL) on 6 June 2008 and features Nimroth as a special guest on vocals. 'Der Untergang' was recorded at Romein (NL) on 7 June 2008. It was the second time we played this song live.

29-03-2008 Odium has joined the legion on the guitar. His first live appearance will be in Groningen on 19.04.08. Satanael will from now on be the band's permanent vocalist. However, questions on matters that can also be read in the biography will not be answered anymore.

01-03-2008 We are unhappy to announce that we had to part ways with Inferno. Since he indicated that he was no longer interested nor available for touring any longer, we decided to put the band's interest first... It was a difficult decision but it had to be made. The good news is that we are already working with a new guitarist... more on that soon.
